• The House is located at the end of a long narrow lane that does not have room for more than two cars. There is barely a turnaround.

• EVERYONE must park in the Big Court with the Fountain in the center.

• There will be an attendant at the bottom of the lane. They will direct you to the top.

• DO NOT drive up the lane. Please. This is vital to us having a successful sale.

• The lane has many neighbors who are generously offering patience with this process. Please be kind and considerate to them.

• If you have a foldable Wagon or Hulkin Bag or Rolling Cart of any kind, bring it! You can roll that up to the house, park it in “wagon parking”, fill it up with all your fresh finds, and roll it back down the lane to your car. Put your name on your wagon.

• Have trouble walking up a hill or walking some distance? We will have a Golf Cart and Driver available to transport people to and from the parking area. PLEASE be patient with him as this is new to him, and us all. We are providing this service as a way to make sure everyone can reach the front door.

• If you buy furniture pieces that need to be loaded up into a vehicle, we will do ONE vehicle on the lane at a time. The attendant at the bottom of the lane will assist in this. Another option: we will have a “pick-up” sign up sheet. You can arrange to pick up your items later in the afternoon on the day of your purchase or on Sunday afternoon. It is very important that if you sign up for pick-up, that you be on time as there may be people before and after you. Seriously, there is hardly any room to turn around.

• We will have business cards for a local mover, Matt Shoemaker, of Olympus Moving available. After the sale, you can arrange for him to deliver your items as well. Talk to Cheri if this is something you’d like to do. You would have to pay Matt directly for his moving fees.

• Please be patient with us as this is a very unique parking situation. We are doing the best we know how.

• Lastly, this sale is an antique lover’s dream. It’s going to be a bit of a madhouse upon opening. Please bear with us, have patience, and know that we have worked so hard to bring these treasures to you. The family is so grateful for your care of their heirlooms, home and neighborhood. And we are too.
